Move Policy Details
1. The information that our customers disclose
to us is for contact purposes only. We will not disclose any of our
customers’ contact information under any circumstances.
2. Warren’s Homework will utilize
materials and padding as required and exhibit the utmost care in the
handling and moving of furniture and personal belongings.
3. If goods cannot be delivered in the
ordinary way by stairs or elevator, the customer must pay an additional
charge for hoisting, lowering, or other necessary labor to affect
delivery.
4. Warren’s Homework offers to all
customers full repair, replacement, or reimbursement for items damaged
or lost by Warren’s Homework due to negligence or carelessness.
5. Warren’s Homework is not responsible
for time delays due to lack of sufficient elevator service.
6. Warren’s Homework will assume
no responsibility for certain fragile items such as antiques and electronic
equipment because of their delicate nature (eg. pianos, radios, televisions,
VCR’s, computers, clocks, and air conditioners, ect.).
7. Warren’s Homework is not responsible
for pre-existing damages.
8. Warren’s Homework is not responsible
for articles contained in drawers, packages, cases, or containers
that were not packed and unpacked by its employees.
9. Warren’s Homework shall not be
responsible for loss or damage to documents, stamps, guns, money,
or jewelry unless a special agreement is made in writing between the
customer and the company.
10. Warren’s Homework offers a half-price
refund on returned wardrobe boxes, but no refund for other returned
boxes.
